Integrated Service Team. The Integrated Service Team shall include 24 communication and meet at least monthly to coordinate supports, problem solve, and develop exit 25 strategies/discharge planning. CONTRACTOR staff shall be available to respond to all Clients on a 26 twenty-four (24)-hour per day/seven (7) days per week basis. The identified Residential Rehabilitation 27 providers shall also participate on the Integrated Service Team.
