Intellectual Property Rights of Asian Para Games. 2026 8.3.1 The LOC will, in consultation with and with the written approval of the APC, no later than eighteen (18) months prior to the Opening Ceremony, design the following indicia (collectively, hereinafter referred to as, "Asian Para Games 2026 Marks") which will incorporate the words "Aichi-Nagoya 2026 Asian Para Games". (a) Asian Para Games 2026 Emblems (b) Asian Para Games 2026 Mascots (c) Asian Para Games 2026 Logos (d) Other indicia related to the Asian Para Games 2026 discussed and determined between the APC and the LOC The LOC will ensure that it will use the approved Asian Para Games 2026 Marks at all times in a logical and consistent manner when referring to and in connection with the Asian Para Games 2026, and in the Look elements. 8.3.2 The LOC shall design the following graphic, visual, artistic and intellectual works with respect to the Asian Para Games 2026 (hereinafter referred to as, “Asian Para Games 2026 Required Designs”). (a) Asian Para Games 2026 Victory Medals and any Moulds relating thereto (b) Asian Para Games 2026 Victory and Athletes Diplomas (c) Asian Para Games 2026 Accreditation Cards and Lanyards (d) Asian Para Games 2026 Tickets 8.3.3 The number of strikes on all Asian Para Games 2026 Victory Medals shall be subject to the prior written approval of the APC. The LOC shall provide the APC with a certificate from the person responsible for producing such medals that the permitted number of strikes has been respected. 8.3.4 In addition, the LOC may create other Asian Para Games 2026 Designs (including, but not limited to, torches, pictograms, audio visual and musical works.) (hereinafter referred to as, “Asian Games 2026 Optional Designs”).

  • Definitions For purposes of this Agreement:

  • Termination In the event that either Party seeks to terminate this DPA, they may do so by mutual written consent so long as the Service Agreement has lapsed or has been terminated. Either party may terminate this DPA and any service agreement or contract if the other party breaches any terms of this DPA.

  • General The Trustee shall keep proper books of record and account of all the transactions of each Trust under this Indenture at its corporate trust office, including a record of the name and address of, and the Units issued by each Trust and held by, every Unit holder, and such books and records of each Trust shall be open to inspection by any Unit holder of such Trust at all reasonable times during the usual business hours. The Trustee shall make such annual or other reports as may from time to time be required under any applicable state or federal statute or rule or regulations thereunder.
