Violations of system or network security may result in criminal and civil liability. Licensor will cooperate with law enforcement if a criminal violation is suspected. This provision does not affect the rights of third parties under any Third Party Terms.

  • Do Nothing You don’t have to do anything to participate in the proposed Settlement and be eligible for an Individual Class Payment and/or an Individual PAGA Payment. As a Participating Class Member, though, you will give up your right to assert Class Period wage claims and PAGA Period penalty claims against Defendant.

  • Entire Agreement; Third Party Beneficiaries This Agreement (a) constitutes the entire agreement and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, both written and oral, among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof; and (b) shall be binding upon and inure solely to the benefit of each party hereto, and nothing in this Agreement, express or implied, is intended to or shall confer upon any other Person any right, benefit or remedy of any nature whatsoever under or by reason of this Agreement.
