INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx (the “Respondents”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondents by RIDEM on August 9, 2011.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx (the “RespondentsRespondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondents Respondent and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx, Xx. by the RIDEM on August 9April 28, 2011.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx ACN- Providence, LLC (the “RespondentsRespondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. LawsR.I.G.L.”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondents Respondent by RIDEM on August 917, 20112009.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Fuel Depot, Inc., (the “RespondentsRespondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondents Respondent by the RIDEM on August 9, 201117 April 2014.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Ashville Corporation and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Plastics Corporation (the “Respondents”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondents by RIDEM on August 912, 20112010.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxx XxxXxxxxxx Xx. and Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx XxxXxxxxxx (the “Respondents”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondents by RIDEM on August 9May 26, 2011.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx ), Xxxxx Framing, Inc. (the “RespondentsRespondent”), and Xxxxx X. XxXxxxxxxx (the “Owner”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondents Respondent by RIDEM on August 9September 5, 20112006.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between among the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Management ("RIDEM") Office of Compliance & Inspection Inspection, and Caldas Enterprises, LLC (referred to as “RIDEM”) and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx (the “RespondentsCaldas”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-42- 17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to Xxxx X. Xxxx ("Pine") by the Respondents by RIDEM on August 9, 20112 December 1994.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Salem Xxxxxxxx Land Company LLC (the “RespondentsRespondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondents Respondent by RIDEM on August 9May 28, 20112010.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx American Baptist Churches of Rhode Island (the “RespondentsRespondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondents Respondent by RIDEM on August 9April 3, 2011.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection Management (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx PCL FIXTURES, INC. (the “RespondentsRespondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action alleged violations set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondents Respondent by RIDEM on August 9November 20, 20112020.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx American Plating Company, Inc. (the “RespondentsRespondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. LawsR.I.G.L.”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondents Respondent by RIDEM on August 9October 21, 20112009.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered into by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx the Xxxxx Lake Dam Management District (the “RespondentsRespondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondents Respondent by the RIDEM on 4 August 9, 20112014.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx d/b/a Empire Auto Body (the “Respondents”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondents by the RIDEM on August 9, 20116 December 2013.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Management (“RIDEM”) Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Admiral Packaging, Inc. (the “RespondentsRespondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. LawsR.I.G.L.”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondents Respondent by RIDEM on August 9, 20115 May 2010.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s , Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEMDEM”) and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx the Town of Xxxxxxxx (the “RespondentsRespondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. LawsR.I.G.L.”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondents by RIDEM DEM on August 913, 20112010.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Management (“RIDEM”) Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx the Cumberland Quarry Corporation (the “RespondentsRespondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondents Respondent by RIDEM on August 9, 21 February 2011.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxx X. Xxxxxxx, XX, and Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Food ‘N Fuel, Inc. (the “Respondents”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondents by RIDEM on August 9February 15, 20112007.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx (the “RespondentsRespondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for to resolve the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action alleged violations set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to Respondent by the Respondents by RIDEM on August 9, 201112 October 2018.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Management (“RIDEM”) Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Pawtucket Asphalt Corporation (the “RespondentsRespondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-42- 17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. LawsR.I.G.L.”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondents Respondent by RIDEM on 26 August 9, 20112010.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx and Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxxx (the “Respondents”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondents by the RIDEM on August 9January 16, 20112014.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Inc. and Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxx’s Food Mart Inc. (the “Respondents”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. LawsR.I.G.L.”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondents by RIDEM on August 93, 20112009.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection Management (“RIDEM”) ), XXXXXXXXXX ENTERPRISES, L.L.C., XXXXXXX, INC. and Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx 7- ELEVEN, INC. (the collectively, “Respondents”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action alleged violations set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondents by RIDEM on August 9, 201127 February 2019.
