INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx (“Xxxxx”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1- 2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving, with regard only to the RIDEM, Hoxsie Corporation, Inc., and The Xxxxxxx X.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxx and MCA Enterprises, Inc. (the “XxxxxRespondents”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1- 17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. LawsR.I.G.L.”) for the purpose of resolving, with regard only resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the RIDEMRespondents by RIDEM on November 23, Hoxsie Corporation, Inc., and The Xxxxxxx X.2010.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx d/b/a Charisma Manufacturing Co., Inc (the “XxxxxRespondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1- 17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving, with regard only resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the RIDEMRespondent by RIDEM on February 8, Hoxsie Corporation, Inc., and The Xxxxxxx X.2011.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Copar Quarries of Westerly, LLC (the “XxxxxRespondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1- 17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving, with regard only resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the RIDEM, Hoxsie Corporation, Inc., and The Xxxxxxx X.Respondent by the RIDEM on 21 August 2013.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection Management (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxxx (the “XxxxxRespondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1- 17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving, with regard only resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the RIDEM, Hoxsie Corporation, Inc., and The Xxxxxxx X.Respondent by the RIDEM on 13 July 2011.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s , Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxx X. Xxxxxxxx (the “XxxxxRespondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 4242- 17.1-17.1- 2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. LawsR.I.G.L.”) for the purpose of resolvingresolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued by RIDEM on January 5, with regard only to the RIDEM, Hoxsie Corporation, Inc., and The Xxxxxxx X.2009.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxx (the “XxxxxRespondents”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1- 17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx the Town of West Warwick (the “XxxxxRespondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1- 17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving, with regard only resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the RIDEMRespondent by RIDEM on December 31, Hoxsie Corporation, Inc., and The Xxxxxxx X.2010.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx American Plating Company, Inc. (the “XxxxxRespondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1- 17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. LawsR.I.G.L.”) for the purpose of resolving, with regard only resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the RIDEMRespondent by RIDEM on October 21, Hoxsie Corporation, Inc., and The Xxxxxxx X.2009.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx The Narragansett Bay Commission (“XxxxxRespondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1- 17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving, with regard only resolving the alleged violations set forth in two Notices of Violation (“NOVs”) issued to the RIDEM, Hoxsie Corporation, Inc., and The Xxxxxxx X.Respondent by RIDEM on 10 September 2019.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered into by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxxx the Xxxxx Lake Dam Management District (the “XxxxxRespondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1- 17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving, with regard only resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the RIDEM, Hoxsie Corporation, Inc., and The Xxxxxxx X.Respondent by the RIDEM on 4 August 2014.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx the Town of Smithfield (the “XxxxxRespondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1- 17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving, with regard only resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the RIDEMRespondent by RIDEM on April 21, Hoxsie Corporation, Inc., and The Xxxxxxx X.2011.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx (“XxxxxRespondent”). INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Management (“RIDEM”) Office of Compliance & Inspection and Admiral Packaging, Inc. (the “RIDEM”) and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx (“XxxxxRespondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1- 17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. LawsR.I.G.L.”) for the purpose of resolving, with regard only resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the RIDEM, Hoxsie Corporation, Inc., and The Xxxxxxx X.Respondent by RIDEM on 5 May 2010.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxx X. INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx AP Enterprise, LLC, (“XxxxxRespondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1- 17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving, with regard only resolving the alleged violations set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to Respondent by the RIDEM, Hoxsie Corporation, Inc., and The Xxxxxxx X.RIDEM on 30 April 2018.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx and Xxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx (the “XxxxxRespondents”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1- 17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Xxxxxxx (the “XxxxxRespondents”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1- 17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving, with regard only resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the RIDEMRespondents by RIDEM on May 3, Hoxsie Corporation, Inc., and The Xxxxxxx X.2011.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (the “RIDEM”) and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx the Providence Casket Company (the “XxxxxRespondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1- 17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving, with regard only resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (the “NOV”) issued to the RIDEMRespondent by the RIDEM on June 20, Hoxsie Corporation, Inc., and The Xxxxxxx X.2011 (the “NOV”).

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Realty, LLC, (the “XxxxxRespondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1- 17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving, with regard only resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the RIDEM, Hoxsie Corporation, Inc., and The Xxxxxxx X.Respondent by the RIDEM on 15 July 2014.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered into by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Management (“RIDEM”) Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEMOC&I”) and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx J. R. Vinagro Corporation and Rockwood Realty LLC (the “XxxxxRespondents”). This Agreement is entered into in accordance with Section §§ 42-17.1- 17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws of 1956 (“R.I. Gen. LawsR.I.G.L.”) for the purpose of resolving, with regard only to resolving the RIDEM, Hoxsie Corporation, Inc., litigation and The Xxxxxxx X.administrative enforcement actions described in Paragraph B(4) below.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxx’x Auto Service, Inc. (the “XxxxxRespondents”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1- 17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolvingresolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to Respondents by RIDEM on May 26, with regard only to the RIDEM, Hoxsie Corporation, Inc., and The Xxxxxxx X.2010.

INTENT & PURPOSE. INTENT & PURPOSE. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving, with regard only resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the RIDEMRespondent by RIDEM on August 10, Hoxsie Corporation, Inc., and The Xxxxxxx X.2012.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (the “RIDEM”) and Xxxxxxx Xxxxx the Town of North Providence (the “XxxxxRespondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1- 17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen.
