Common use of INTENT & PURPOSE Clause in Contracts

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and D&L Service, Inc., Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, and Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx (the “Respondents”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to D&L Service, Inc., Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, and Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx by RIDEM on March 29, 2012.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and D&L Service, Inc., Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx (the “Respondents”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to D&L Service, Inc., Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, and Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx the Respondents by RIDEM on March 29September 14, 20122011.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action alleged violations set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to D&L Servicethe Respondent, Inc.Xxxx X. Xxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xx. and Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx X. Xxxx (the “Gotts”) by the RIDEM on March 29, 201227 February 2017.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and D&L ServiceXxxxx, Inc., Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Inc. ("Xxxxx") and Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx ("Xxxxxxxx") (collectively, the “Respondents”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action actions set forth in a Notice Notices of Violation issued by the RIDEM to XXXX XXX, LLC (“NOV”"ALI") issued to D&L Service, Inc., Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, and Xxxxx on 15 April 2014 and to Xxxxxxxx by RIDEM on March 29, 201224 June 2014 and 3 December 2014.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection Management (“RIDEM”) and D&L Service, Inc., Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, and The Estate of Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx (the “RespondentsRespondent”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for to resolve the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action alleged violations set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to D&L Service, Inc., Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx by RIDEM on 29 March 29, 20122017 and to resolve alleged violations set forth in a Notice of Intent to Enforce (“NIE”) issued to Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxx by RIDEM on 7 August 2017.

Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx and Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxxx, and Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xx. (the “Respondents”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to D&L Service, Inc., Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, and Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Respondents by the RIDEM on March 29, 201212 January 2010.
