Common use of INTENT & PURPOSE Clause in Contracts

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxx Realty, Inc. and 0000 Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, LLC (the “Respondents”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I.G.L.”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondents by RIDEM on January 7, 2009.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection Management (“RIDEM”) ), XXXXXXXXXX ENTERPRISES, L.L.C., XXXXXXX, INC. and Xxxxx Realty7- ELEVEN, Inc. and 0000 Xxxx Xxxxxx XxxxxxxxINC. (collectively, LLC (the “Respondents”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I.G.L.R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action alleged violations set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondents by RIDEM on January 7, 200927 February 2019.

This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I.G.L.R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (the “NOV”) issued to the Respondents Respondent by the RIDEM on January 7November 15, 20092010.

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxx Realty), Inc. and 0000 Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, LLC XxXxxxxxxx (the “RespondentsRespondent”), and the North Kingstown Green Home Owners Association, Inc (the “Association”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I.G.L.R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondents Respondent by RIDEM on January 7August 10, 20092012.

This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and ), Xxxxx RealtyFraming, Inc. and 0000 Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, LLC (the “RespondentsRespondent”), and Xxxxx X. XxXxxxxxxx (the “Owner”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I.G.L.R.I. Gen. Laws”) for the purpose of resolving the administrative enforcement action set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to the Respondents Respondent by RIDEM on January 7September 5, 20092006.
