Common use of INTENT & PURPOSE Clause in Contracts

INTENT & PURPOSE. This Agreement is entered by and between the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management’s Office of Compliance & Inspection (“RIDEM”) and Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx, Xx. and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxx d/b/a Universal Plating Co., Inc. (the “Respondents”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) to resolve alleged violations set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to Respondents by the RIDEM on 21 November 2016.

Xxxxxxx394 Xxxx’x Trail Realty, Xx. LLC, Xxxx XxXxxxxxxx and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxx d/b/a Universal Plating Co.Xxxx XxXxxxxxxx (collectively, Inc. (the “Respondents”). This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) to resolve the alleged violations set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to Respondents by the RIDEM on 21 November 20161 September 2017.

This Agreement is entered in accordance with Section 42-17.1-2 et seq. of the Rhode Island General Laws (“R.I. Gen. Laws”) to resolve for the purpose of resolving the alleged violations set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to Respondents by the RIDEM on 21 November 2016April 2021.

Laws”) to resolve for the purpose of resolving the alleged violations set forth in a Notice of Violation (“NOV”) issued to Respondents by the RIDEM on 21 November 20166 July 2018.
