Intent to Pay Prevailing Wages. Copies of approved Intents to Pay Prevailing Wages for Design-Builder and all Subcontractors shall be submitted with Design-Builder’s first Application for Payment. As additional Subcontractors perform Work on the Project, their approved Intent forms shall be submitted with Design-Builder’s next Application for Payment.
