Inter-council Key Employee Trust Payments. The Employer may, at its discretion, directly submit Benefits and Deductions (Pension, Annuity/Defined contribution, Apprenticeship/ Training contributions and Health and Welfare contributions, Dues check-off, Vacation, and all other contributions) directly to Key Employees Home Funds, provided that the fund and or funds are located within the Jurisdiction of the PNWRCC.
