Inter-council Key Employee Trust Payments. The Employer may, at its discretion, directly submit Benefits and Deductions (Pension, Annuity/Defined contribution, Apprenticeship/ Training contributions and Health and Welfare contributions, Dues check-off, Vacation, and all other contributions) directly to Key Employees Home Funds, provided that the fund and or funds are located within the Jurisdiction of the PNWRCC. If the Employer chooses this option, it shall provide sufficient proof to the Union that the appropriate contribution amount has been paid to the Employees home area Funds if requested. *Note: If the benefit package in the area that the employee is working is higher than the amount being paid into the key employee’s home-area trusts, the total difference in the hourly fringe contribution rates shall be paid to the key employee in the form of wages.
