Common use of Interagency Command Centers Clause in Contracts

Interagency Command Centers. The Agencies to this Agreement agree to maintain, support, and participate in Interagency Command Centers. Staffing, funding, and level of participation will be agreed to by the affected Agencies to this Agreement and documented in annual operating plans (AOPs) and/or appropriate mobilization guides. Day to day dispatching services by the supporting agency will be at no cost to the protecting agency. If additional dispatching services are requested through a resource order, those services will be Assistance by Hire.
