Common use of Interconnection Customer Clause in Contracts

Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: • One (1) 115 kV circuit breaker • One (1) 115 kV/34.5/13.8 kV main power transformer • Five (5) 34.5 kV circuit breakers • Communication equipment to the Interconnected Transmission Owner bidirectional metering equipment.

Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: • One Two (12) 115 34.5/138 kV circuit breaker step-up transformer; • One (1) 115 kV/34.5/13.8 138 kV main power generation lead transmission line from the step-up transformer • Five (5) 34.5 kV circuit breakers • Communication equipment to the Interconnected Transmission Owner bidirectional Point of Interconnection; • Relay and protective equipment, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) equipment, fiber-optic equipment, and telecommunications equipment; and • Necessary metering equipmentequipment as specified in Schedule C of this ISA.

Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: Customer Interconnection Facilities: • One (1) 115/34.5/13.8 kV wye ground/wye ground/delta main power transformer with a rating of 53/70.5/88 MVA; • One (1) 115 kV circuit breaker • One (1) 115 kV/34.5/13.8 kV main power transformer • Five (5) 34.5 kV circuit breakers breaker; and • Communication equipment to the Interconnected Transmission Owner bidirectional metering equipment.

Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: • One (1) 115 500/34.5/13.8 kV circuit breaker wye ground/wye ground/delta main power transformer with a rating of 213/240/267 MVA; • One (1) 115 kV/34.5/13.8 kV main power transformer • Five (5) 34.5 500 kV circuit breakers breaker; and • Communication equipment to the Interconnected Transmission Owner bidirectional metering equipment.

Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: • One (1) 115 kV circuit breaker • One (1) 115 kV/34.5/13.8 kV/34.5 kV main power transformer transformer‌ • Five (5) Seven 34.5 kV circuit breakers • Communication equipment to the Interconnected Transmission Owner bidirectional metering equipment.

Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: • One (1) 115  Two 230 kV circuit breaker • One (1) 115 kV/34.5/13.8 wye grounded /34.5 kV wye grounded main power transformer • Five (5) transformers;  Four 34.5 kV circuit breakers • breakers;  One 230 kV circuit breaker; and  Communication equipment to the Interconnected Transmission Owner bidirectional metering equipment.

Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: Customer Interconnection Facilities: • One (1) 115/34.5 kV wye ground/delta main power transformer with a rating of 48/64/80 MVA; • 2 x 12 MVar and 1x 6 MVar capacitor banks; • One (1) 115 kV circuit breaker • One (1) 115 kV/34.5/13.8 kV main power transformer • Five (5) 34.5 kV circuit breakers breaker; and • Communication equipment to the Interconnected Transmission Owner bidirectional metering equipment.

Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: • One (1) 115 230/34.5/13.8 kV circuit breaker grounded wye / grounded wye / delta main transformer; • One (1) 115 kV/34.5/13.8 kV main power transformer • Five (5) 34.5 230 kV circuit breakers breaker; • One (1) 5.2 MVAR capacitor bank; and • Communication equipment to the Interconnected Transmission Owner bidirectional metering equipment.

Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: • Customer Interconnection Facilities:  One (1) 115 230/34.5 kV circuit breaker • grounded wye / delta main transformer;  One (1) 115 kV/34.5/13.8 kV main power transformer • Five (5) 34.5 230 kV circuit breakers • breaker; and  Communication equipment to supporting the Interconnected Transmission Owner bidirectional metering equipment.

Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: One (1) 115 kV grounded wye / 34.5 kV grounded wye main power transformer; • One (1) 115 kV circuit breaker breaker; • One (1) 115 kV/34.5/13.8 kV main power transformer • Five (5) 30 MVar 34.5 kV circuit breakers capacitor bank; and • Communication equipment to the Interconnected Transmission Owner bidirectional metering equipment.

Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: Customer Interconnection Facilities: • One (1) 115 230/34.5 kV circuit breaker wye ground/delta main power transformer with a rating of 54/72/90 MVA; • 2 x 12 MVar and 1x 6 MVar capacitor banks; • One (1) 115 kV/34.5/13.8 kV main power transformer • Five (5) 34.5 230 kV circuit breakers breaker; and • Communication equipment to the Interconnected Transmission Owner bidirectional metering equipment.

Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: • One (1) 115 138/34.5 kV circuit breaker grounded wye / grounded wye main step-up transformer; • One (1) 115 kV/34.5/13.8 kV main power transformer • Five (5) 34.5 138 kV circuit breakers breaker; and • Communication equipment 138 kV generator lead transmission line from the step-up transformer to the Interconnected Transmission Owner bidirectional Point of Interconnection. • Necessary metering equipmentequipment as specified in Schedule C of this ISA.

Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: • One (1) 115 kV wye grounded / 34.5 kV wye grounded main power transformer; • Three 34.5 kV circuit breakers; • 18MVar, 34.5kV Capacitor bank; • One 115 kV circuit breaker • One (1) 115 kV/34.5/13.8 kV main power transformer • Five (5) 34.5 kV circuit breakers breaker; and • Communication equipment to the Interconnected Transmission Owner bidirectional metering equipment.

Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: • One (1) 115 Four mile 230 kV circuit breaker generator lead line; • One (1) 115 kV/34.5/13.8 Two 230 kV wye ground / 34.5 kV wye grounded main power transformer transformers; • Five (5) Six 34.5 kV circuit breakers breakers; • One 230 kV circuit breaker; and • Communication equipment to the Interconnected Transmission Owner bidirectional metering equipment.

Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: • Two mile 115kV generator lead; • One (1) 115 kV wye grounded / 34.5 kV wye grounded main power transformer; • Three 34.5 kV circuit breakers; • One 115 kV circuit breaker • One (1) 115 kV/34.5/13.8 kV main power transformer • Five (5) 34.5 kV circuit breakers breaker; and • Communication equipment to the Interconnected Transmission Owner bidirectional metering equipment.

Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: • One (1) 115 115/34.5/13.8 kV circuit breaker wye grounded / wye grounded / delta main power transformer with a rating of 57/76/95 MVA; • One (1) 115 kV/34.5/13.8 kV main power transformer • Five (5) 34.5 kV circuit breakers breaker; • One (1) 18 MVAR capacitor bank; and • Communication equipment to the Interconnected Transmission Owner bidirectional metering equipment.

Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: •  One (1) 115 kV wye grounded / 34.5 kV wye grounded main power transformer;  Three 34.5 kV circuit breakers;  18MVar, 34.5kV Capacitor bank;  One 115 kV circuit breaker • One (1) 115 kV/34.5/13.8 kV main power transformer • Five (5) 34.5 kV circuit breakers • breaker; and  Communication equipment to the Interconnected Transmission Owner bidirectional metering equipment.

Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: • One (1) 115 230/34.5/13.8 kV circuit breaker • One (1) 115 kV/34.5/13.8 kV grounded wye / grounded wye / delta main power transformer • Five (5) 34.5 kV circuit breakers • Communication equipment to the Interconnected Transmission Owner bidirectional metering equipment.transformer;

Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: Customer Interconnection Facilities: • One (1) 115/34.5/0.385 kV wye ground/wye ground/delta main power transformer with a rating of 50/67/83MVA; • 9 MVar 34.5 kV capacitor banks; • One (1) 115 kV circuit breaker • One (1) 115 kV/34.5/13.8 kV main power transformer • Five (5) 34.5 kV circuit breakers breaker; and • Communication equipment to the Interconnected Transmission Owner bidirectional metering equipment.

Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: Customer Interconnection Facilities: • One (1) 115 230/34.5 kV circuit breaker wye ground/delta main power transformer with a rating of 54/72/90 MVA; • 2 x 00 XXxx xxx 0x 0 XXxx xxxxxxxxx xxxxx; • One (1) 115 kV/34.5/13.8 kV main power transformer • Five (5) 34.5 230 kV circuit breakers breaker; and • Communication equipment to the Interconnected Transmission Owner bidirectional metering equipment.

Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: • One (1) 115 138/34.5 kV circuit breaker grounded wye / grounded wye main transformer; • One (1) 115 kV/34.5/13.8 138 kV main power circuit breaker; • 138 kV generator lead transmission line from the step-up transformer to the Point of Interconnection. • Five One (51) 34.5 kV circuit breakers capacitor bank if needed to meet pf requirements at the Point of Interconnection; and • Communication Necessary metering equipment to the Interconnected Transmission Owner bidirectional metering equipmentas specified in Schedule C of this ISA.

Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: • One (1) 115 115/34.5/13.8 kV circuit breaker wye grounded / wye grounded / delta main power transformer with a rating of 34/45/56 MVA; • One (1) 115 kV/34.5/13.8 kV main power transformer • Five (5) 34.5 kV circuit breakers breaker; and • Communication equipment to the Interconnected Transmission Owner bidirectional metering equipment.
