Common use of Interconnection Customer Clause in Contracts

Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: TSS 942 Xxxxxx Substation (Customer Interconnection Facility) • Install one (1) 18kV circuit breaker. • Install two (2) 18kV/345kV generator step-up transformers. • Install two (2) 345kV circuit breakers and disconnect switches. • Install Relaying and Metering per ComEd standards. (2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: TSS 942 Xxxxxx Substation (Customer Interconnection Facility) • Install one One (1) 18kV 115/34.5/13.8 kV wye grounded / wye grounded / delta main power transformer with a rating of 57/76/95 MVA; • One (1) 115 kV circuit breaker. ; • Install two One (21) 18kV/345kV generator step-up transformers. 18 MVAR capacitor bank; and • Install two (2) 345kV circuit breakers and disconnect switches. • Install Relaying and Metering per ComEd standardsCommunication equipment to the Interconnected Transmission Owner bidirectional metering equipment. (2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

The supervisory control and data acquisition (2SCADA) 345kV circuit breakers and disconnect switchesequipment. 4. • Install Relaying and Metering per ComEd standardsThe establishment of dedicated communication circuits for SCADA. (2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None None. Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

(2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

(2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.
