Common use of Interconnection Customer Clause in Contracts

Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: a) One (1) 230 kV circuit breaker, and‌ b) One (1) 230 kV generator lead line beginning at the high side of the collector substation transformer and extending to the point of change of ownership with Interconnected Transmission Owner. (2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

Interconnection Customer. (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: a) : • One (1) 230 115 kV circuit breaker, and‌ b) breaker • One (1) 230 115 kV/34.5/13.8 kV generator lead line beginning at the high side of the collector substation main power transformer and extending • Five (5) 34.5 kV circuit breakers • Communication equipment to the point of change of ownership with Interconnected Transmission OwnerOwner bidirectional metering equipment. (2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None None. Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

(1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: a) One (1) 230 : • Generation collector station including step up transformers. • 138 kV circuit breaker, and‌ b) One (1) 230 kV generator lead line beginning at the high side of the connection from generation collector substation transformer station to new Iron Ridge switching station. • Dual fiber optic tie between generation collector station and extending to the point of change of ownership with Interconnected Transmission Ownernew Iron Ridge switching station. • Station communications lines. (2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

One (1) 230 34.5/69 kV circuit breaker, and‌main step-up transformer; b) 2. One (1) 230 69 kV generator circuit breaker; and 3. One (1) 69 kV lead line beginning at the high side of from the collector substation transformer and extending station to the point of change of ownership with Interconnected Transmission OwnerATSI. (2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

AD1-083 Generator Lead Termination: Installation of a 138 kV circuit breakerline exit take- off structure, and‌ b) One (1) 230 foundations, disconnect switch and associated equipment to accommodate the termination of the 138 kV generator lead line beginning at the high side of the collector substation transformer and extending to the point of change of ownership with Interconnected Transmission Owner.line. (Network Upgrade n7325) (2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

(2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

(2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.
