Common use of Interconnection Facilities Cost Clause in Contracts

Interconnection Facilities Cost. All costs, excluding ITCC and One-Time Cost, determined by SCE to be associated with the design, engineering, procurement, construction and installation of the Interconnection Facilities. The Interconnection Facilities Cost is provided in Exhibit B.
