Interconnection Financial Security. Any of the financial instruments listed in Section 10.1 of the GIDAP that are posted by an Interconnection Customer. Interconnection Handbook – A handbook, developed by the Participating TO and posted on the Participating TO’s website or otherwise made available by the Participating TO, describing technical and operational requirements for wholesale generators and loads connected to the Participating TO's Transmission System, as such handbook may be modified or superseded from time to time.
