Network Upgrades. The Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Network Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. If the Transmission Owner and the Interconnection Customer agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct Network Upgrades that are located on land owned by the Interconnection Customer. Unless the Transmission Owner elects to pay for Network Upgrades, the actual cost of the Network Upgrades, including overheads, shall be borne initially by the Interconnection Customer.
Network Upgrades. Modifications or additions to transmission-related facilities that are integrated with and support the Transmission Provider’s overall Transmission System for the general benefit of all users of such Transmission System. Network Upgrades shall include:
(i) Direct Connection Network Upgrades which are Network Upgrades that only serve the Customer Interconnection Facility and have no impact or potential impact on the Transmission System until the final tie-in is complete; and
(ii) Non-Direct Connection Network Upgrades which are parallel flow Network Upgrades that are not Direct Connection Network Upgrades.

Network Upgrades. The Area EPS Operator or the Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Network Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. The Area EPS Operator shall provide a good faith estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of the Network Upgrades and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. If the Area EPS Operator and the Interconnection Customer agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct Network Upgrades that are located on land owned by the Interconnection Customer. Unless the Area EPS Operator elects to pay for Network Upgrades, the actual cost of the Network Upgrades, including overheads, shall be borne initially by the Interconnection Customer.
Network Upgrades. The Distribution Provider or the Distribution Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Network Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. If the Distribution Provider and the Interconnection Customer agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct Network Upgrades that are located on land owned by the Interconnection Customer. Unless the Distribution Provider elects to pay for Network Upgrades, the actual cost of the Network Upgrades, including overheads, shall be borne initially by the Interconnection Customer.
Network Upgrades. (a) Stand Alone Network Upgrades. None.

If the Participating TO and the Interconnection Customer agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct Network Upgrades that are located on land owned by the Interconnection Customer. The actual cost of the Network Upgrades, including overheads, shall be borne initially by the Interconnection Customer. For costs associated with Area Delivery Network Upgrades, any cost estimates will be advisory in nature and will not be considered as definitive or as establishing a cap on the maximum cost responsibility of the Interconnection Customer for Area Delivery Network Upgrades.
Network Upgrades. The Utility shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Network Upgrades described in Appendix 6 of this Agreement. The cost of the Network Upgrades, including overheads, on-going operations, maintenance, repair, and replacement shall be borne by the Interconnection Customer.
