Common use of Interconnection Principles Clause in Contracts

Interconnection Principles. (a) This SGIA provides for interconnection of a total capacity of 10 MW, resulting from the interconnection of the Western Antelope Dry Ranch Project, as described in Section 1 of this Attachment 5. The Interconnection Customer acknowledges that if the Interconnection Customer wishes to increase the amount of interconnection capacity provided pursuant to this SGIA, the Interconnection Customer shall be required to submit a new Interconnection Request in accordance with the terms and conditions of the CAISO Tariff.

Interconnection Principles. (a) This SGIA provides for interconnection of a total capacity of 10 20 MW, resulting from the interconnection of the Western Antelope Dry Blue Sky Ranch A Project, as described in Section 1 of this Attachment 5. The Interconnection Customer acknowledges that if the Interconnection Customer wishes to increase the amount of interconnection capacity provided pursuant to this SGIA, the Interconnection Customer shall be required to submit a new Interconnection Request in accordance with the terms and conditions of the CAISO Tariff.

The Interconnection Customer acknowledges that if the Interconnection Customer wishes to increase the amount of interconnection capacity provided pursuant to this SGIA, the Interconnection Customer shall be required to submit a new Interconnection Request in accordance with the terms and conditions of the CAISO Tariff.
