– INTERCONNECTION WITH COMPETING CABLE LICENSEE. In the event a License is issued by the Issuing Authority to a competing Licensee, the competing Licensee may not connect its system to Licensee’s Cable System for purposes of obtaining PEG Access Programming from the Licensee’s PEG Access channels without the prior written consent of Licensee.
