Internet Connectivity School must provide sufficient hardline internet connectivity and the required network configurations (provided in Exhibit A) for each Pixellot System to allow live broadcasts. PlayOn will provide the point-to-point wireless internet base station (“Point to Point”) when needed to deliver hardline internet connectivity to Pixellot Systems installed in outdoor venues; provided that PlayOn is able to select the make and model of the Point to Point system. In the event that School requests, or requires, a specific Point to Point system that is different from what is provided by PlayOn, then School must provide and install the Point to Point system at its own expense.
Local Traffic Traffic that is originated by a Customer of one Party on that Party’s network and terminates to a Customer of the other Party on that other Party’s network within Verizon's then current local calling area (including non-optional local calling scope arrangements) as defined in Verizon’s effective Customer Tariffs. A non- optional local calling scope arrangement is an arrangement that provides Customers a local calling scope (Extended Area Service, “EAS”), beyond their basic exchange serving area. Local Traffic does not include optional local calling scope traffic (i.e., traffic that under an optional rate package chosen by the Customer terminates outside of the Customer’s basic exchange serving area). IntraLATA calls originated on a 1+ presubscription basis, or on a casual dialed (10XXX/101XXXX) basis are not considered Local Traffic. Local Traffic does not include any Internet Traffic.
Local Control Center, Metering and Telemetry The NTO shall operate, pursuant to ISO Tariffs, ISO Procedures, Reliability Rules and all other applicable reliability rules, standards and criteria on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, a suitable local control center(s) with all equipment and facilities reasonably required for the ISO to exercise ISO Operational Control over NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control, and for the NTO to fulfill its responsibilities under this Agreement. Operation of the NYS Power System is a cooperative effort coordinated by the ISO control center in conjunction with local control centers and will require the exchange of all reasonably necessary information. The NTO shall provide the ISO with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (“SCADA”) information on facilities listed in Appendices A-1 and A-2 herein as well as on generation and merchant transmission resources interconnected to the NTO’s transmission facilities pursuant to the ISO OATT. The NTO shall provide metering data for its transmission facilities to the ISO, unless other parties are authorized by the appropriate regulatory authority to provide metering data. The NTO shall collect and submit to the ISO billing quality metering data and any other information for its transmission facilities required by the ISO for billing purposes. The NTO shall provide to the ISO the telemetry and other operating data from generation and merchant transmission resources interconnected to its transmission facilities that the ISO requires for the operation of the NYS Power System. The NTO will establish and maintain a strict code of conduct to prevent such information from reaching any unauthorized person or entity.
Web Portal If you elect to link to and use the web interface provided by us (the “Web Portal”), you agree that the Web Portal is for the sole purpose of enabling Recipients to update and add their contact information. If you elect to use the Web Portal, we grant for the period of the Term (as defined below) to you a limited non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to place a digital image of the applicable sign-up Logo, which will be presented to you (the “Image”), on an appropriate page of your Internet site, with a hyperlink to our Web Portal site (the “Link”) currently at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/. You may not use any other trademark or service xxxx in connection with the Image without our prior written approval. The Link may not be used in any manner to provide an Authorized User with access to the Web Portal via any framing, layering or other techniques now known or hereafter developed that permit display of the Web Portal with any materials posted by you or anyone other than us. You may not allow the Image to be linked to any other web site. You may not use the Image in any manner not permitted hereunder, modify the Image, or copy, or create a derivative work from, the “look and feel” of the Image. We will have the right to review all uses of the Image for quality control purposes and proper compliance. We reserve the right to modify permission to use the Image and/or the Link at any time.
Local Interconnection Data Exchange for Billing 7.7.1 There are certain types of calls or types of Interconnection that require exchange of Billing records between the Parties, including, for example, alternate billed and Toll Free Service calls. The Parties agree that all call types must be routed between the networks, accounted for, and settled among the Parties. Certain calls will be handled via the Parties' respective operator service platforms. The Parties agree to utilize, where possible and appropriate, existing accounting and settlement systems to xxxx, exchange records and settle revenue.
Traffic The provisions in this Section apply regardless how the ISP-bound traffic is determined.
Carrier Lines All Participants acknowledge that the Transaction of Message Content between Participants is to be provided over various facilities and communications lines, and information shall be transmitted over local exchange and Internet backbone carrier lines and through routers, switches, and other devices (collectively, “carrier lines”) owned, maintained, and serviced by third-party carriers, utilities, and Internet service providers, all of which may be beyond the Participants’ control. Provided a Participant uses reasonable security measures, no less stringent than those directives, instructions, and specifications contained in this Agreement, the Performance and Service Specifications, and the Operating Policies and Procedures, the Participants assume no liability for or relating to the integrity, privacy, security, confidentiality, or use of any information while it is transmitted over those carrier lines, which are beyond the Participants’ control, or any delay, failure, interruption, interception, loss, transmission, or corruption of any Message Content or other information attributable to transmission over those carrier lines which are beyond the Participants’ control. Use of the carrier lines is solely at the Participants’ risk and is subject to all Applicable Law.
Roaming All domestic data, roaming, and in-network charges are included in your Patriot Mobile plan. You will not receive roaming charges. However, excessive roaming may result in your ability to roam being blocked by Patriot Mobile.
Purchase Order Flip via Ariba Network (AN) The online process allows suppliers to submit invoices via the AN for catalog and non- catalog goods and services. Contractors have the ability to create an invoice directly from their Inbox in their AN account by simply “flipping” the purchase order into an invoice. This option does not require any special software or technical capabilities. For the purposes of this section, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider of MFMP the right and license to use, reproduce, transmit, distribute, and publicly display within the system the information outlined above. In addition, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider the right and license to reproduce and display within the system the Contractor’s trademarks, system marks, logos, trade dress, or other branding designation that identifies the products made available by the Contractor under the Contract.
