Interim Fiscal Report. The Contractor shall submit an 8 Month Interim Fiscal Report, covering the period July 1 through February 28, no later than March 31 of each Contract year. The interim Fiscal Reports shall be in the form prescribed by the Department and shall report the actual income and expenditures for each funded program for the life of the Contract. The Contractor shall submit to the Department budget revision requests for variances indicated in the Interim Fiscal Report no later than March 31 of each Contract year. The Contractor shall comply with Department requirements as to the form and content of these submissions.
