Interim Measure 14. The IMIC will develop a protocol within nine months of the Effective Date for quantifying and managing any additional flows in the Klamath River made available through implementation of the KBRA and for coordinating with operation of the X.X. Xxxxx Facility the timing and manner of release of such KBRA flows to meet fish habitat needs.
