Common use of Interim Non-Bargaining Unit Position Clause in Contracts

Interim Non-Bargaining Unit Position. When a bargaining unit employee takes on significant additional duties in the absence of the Department Head or other management position for a period of more than one full day, that employee shall be compensated with a 10% percent pay increase for the day(s) they performed the additional duties.
