Interior Design Services. From the approved “Needs Analysis,” Consultant shall provide interior space planning based on functional relationships, DAS policy, code requirements, finishes, colors, systems, furniture and equipment. Consultant shall integrate interior space planning with conceptual design solutions for architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and equipment requirements in order to establish an integrated design approach for a fully functional and coordinated building environment. Consultant shall obtain design input from Owner. The space plan shall include the number and location of all workstations and office layouts, loose furniture, special equipment, high density filing systems, and other rooms. Consultant shall perform these Services within the constraints of the proposed furniture system, taking into account panel dimensions and standards to provide basic workstation layouts that provide block dimensions.
Interior Design Services. Providing Interior Design Services of a specialized nature, such as: space planning, interior color and finish schedule, furnishing selections and specifications, window treatment, graphic wall design, art work selection, interior plants, and contract documents for bidding of the above.

A coordination and handling fee of twenty percent (20%) shall be applied to the cost of all items purchased through the office of the Architect. 3D Modeling. The Architect may develop and prepare a three dimensional computer model and/or physical scale model of the proposed project for the Client. All 3D modeling shall be considered Additional Services.

Related to Interior Design Services

  • Design Services The Engineer shall perform services during the schematic design phase, the design development phase, the contract documents phase, and the bidding period as hereinafter specified.

  • Installation Services The Bitstream 2a Service includes a Standard Install as set out below (in each case to the extent that the relevant provisioning works are not already complete for the relevant Service Order).1

  • Janitorial Services Tenant will not employ any person for the purpose of cleaning the Premises or permit any person to enter the Building for such purpose other than Landlord's janitorial service, except with Landlord's prior written consent. Tenant will not necessitate, and will be liable for the cost of, any undue amount of janitorial labor by reason of Tenant's carelessness in or indifference to the preservation of good order and cleanliness in the Premises. Janitorial service will not be furnished to areas in the Premises on nights when such areas are occupied after 9:30 p.m., unless such service is extended by written agreement to a later hour in specifically designated areas of the Premises.

  • Installation, Maintenance, Testing and Repair Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, to the extent required by Applicable Law, Interconnection provided by a Party shall be equal in quality to that provided by such Party to itself, any subsidiary, affiliates or third party. If either Party is unable to fulfill its obligations under this Section 14.2, it shall notify the other Party of its inability to do so and will negotiate alternative intervals in good faith. The Parties agree that to the extent required by Applicable Law, the standards to be used by a Party for isolating and clearing any disconnections and/or other outages or troubles shall be at parity with standards used by such Party with respect to itself, any subsidiary, affiliate or third party.
