INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT PROVISIONS. This Subscription Agreement constitutes a joint exercise of power, privilege or authority by and between the Subscriber and the Agency and shall be deemed to be an “interlocal agreement” within the meaning of the Florida Interlocal Cooperation Act of 1969, as amended. This Subscription Agreement shall be filed by the Agency with the Clerk of the Circuit Court of the county in which the Subscriber is located.
