Common use of Intermediate Materials Clause in Contracts

Intermediate Materials. 1. For purposes of calculating the regional value content in accordance with Article 6-04, the producer of a good may designate as intermediate material, any self-produced material used in the production of the good provided that such material complies with the provisions of Article 6 - 03.

Intermediate Materials. 1. For the purposes of calculating the regional value content in accordance with Article 65-04, the producer of a good may designate as intermediate materialmaterials, except for the components listed in Annex 2 to Article 5-15 and goods of heading 87.06 for use in motor vehicles covered in paragraph 3 of Article 5-15, any self-self- produced material used in the production of the good provided that such material complies with the provisions of Article 6 - 5-03.
