INTERNAL WAITING LIST. The Co-op shall maintain a waiting list of members occupying units of the Co-op who have indicated a desire to change their units. As suitable units become available, priority shall normally be given to persons on the internal waiting list in accordance with the Membership Policy. The Member Selection Committee may, subject to Board approval, either depart from the order on the internal waiting list in accordance with this article or from the order on the external waiting list, or give a particular person on the external waiting list priority over a member on the internal waiting list, if it feels there is good reason to do so.

  • Internal Investigations (A) The parties recognize that Florida Highway Patrol personnel occupy a special place in American society. Therefore, it is understood that the state has the right to expect that a professional standard of conduct be adhered to by all Florida Highway Patrol personnel regardless of rank or assignment. Since internal investigations may be undertaken to inquire into complaints of Florida Highway Patrol misconduct, the state reserves the right to conduct such investigations to uncover the facts in each case, but expressly agrees to carefully guard and protect the rights and dignity of accused personnel. In the course of an internal investigation, the investigative methods employed will be consistent with the law (including but not limited to section 112.532, Florida Statutes) and this agreement; nothing in this agreement, however, shall be deemed to diminish the rights of employees under applicable law.

  • Internal Controls The Company shall maintain a system of internal accounting controls sufficient to provide reasonable assurances that: (i) transactions are executed in accordance with management’s general or specific authorization; (ii) transactions are recorded as necessary in order to permit preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and to maintain accountability for assets; (iii) access to assets is permitted only in accordance with management’s general or specific authorization; and (iv) the recorded accountability for assets is compared with existing assets at reasonable intervals and appropriate action is taken with respect to any differences.

  • National Treatment on Internal Taxation and Regulation Each Party shall accord national treatment to the goods of the other Parties in accordance with Article III of GATT 1994. To this end, Article III of GATT 1994 shall be incorporated into and shall form part of this Agreement, mutatis mutandis.

  • Development of Common Reporting and Exchange Model The Parties are committed to working with Partner Jurisdictions and the Organisation for Economic Co- operation and Development on adapting the terms of this Agreement and other agreements between the United States and Partner Jurisdictions to a common model for automatic exchange of information, including the development of reporting and due diligence standards for financial institutions.
