Membership Policy definition

Membership Policy means CLASS’s policy governing CLASS’s dealings with its members, established in accordance with the requirements of the CMO Regulations;

More Definitions of Membership Policy

Membership Policy means the policy defining the terms and conditions of membership of NZU, as described in Rule 5.1.

Reg. 77601 et seq.) or by the staff of any such agency, or as may be provided by any such agency or its staff from time to time, in each case, as effective from time to time as of the applicable compliance date specified therein.

  • Investment Policies means the investment objectives, policies, restrictions and limitations set forth in the “BUSINESS” section of its Registration Statement, and as the same may be changed, altered, expanded, amended, modified, terminated or restated from time to time.

  • D&O Tail Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 5.8(c).
