Common use of International Criminal Court Clause in Contracts

International Criminal Court. The Parties, determined to put an end to impunity and to promote international peace and security and lasting respect for the enforcement of international justice, reaffirm their support for the International Criminal Court and its work. The parties further agree to cooperate to promote the universality and integrity of the Rome Statute and related instruments and agree to strengthen their cooperation with the ICC and its work.
