INTERNATIONAL REVIEW PANEL. 32. Without prejudice to these Rules of Procedure, meetings of the International Review Panel ("IRP") shall be conducted in accordance with the rules established by Xxxxx XXX, paragraphs 5-14, of the Agreement.
