International Touring. In the case of international touring, payment for the Artist's contractual fee and per diem for the duration of the tour shall be presented to the Artist prior to departure with sufficient time to enable the Artist to cash the cheque prior to leaving the Engager’s point of origin. In the case of an Artist engaged on a per performance fee or a tour that is in excess of two (2) weeks, the Engager will provide payments to the Artist by electronic funds transfer in accordance with their regular payment schedule or as otherwise mutually agreed between the Engager and the Artist, provided this arrangement is consistent with the terms of this Agreement.

International Touring. ‌ When the Engager presents the company outside of Canada and the continental United States, the Engager will submit to Equity a proposed international tour rider including the review of the following Clauses as they may apply to each tour no less than thirty (30) days prior to the commencement of the tour. Both Equity and the Engager agree to complete the international tour rider fourteen (14) days in advance of the tour.
International Touring. When the Engager presents the company outside of Canada and the continental United States, the Engager will advise CAEA of its schedule, in writing, ninety (90) days prior to the commencement of the tour. Both CAEA and the Engager agree to complete the international tour rider ninety (90) days in advance of the tour including the review of the following Rules as they may apply to each tour:
International Touring. The per diem rates for the various cities shall be calculated at eighty per cent (80%) of the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat rate, including incidentals. Per diem will be provided to the Artist no later than two (2) weeks prior to departure and will be calculated based on the exchange rate posted on that day, on xx.xxx, The Universal Currency Converter®. • Notwithstanding Rule 28.02(E), on a non-performance day, limited to travel from Winnipeg, Manitoba to Ottawa, Ontario, only, if any trip exceeds six (6) hours in length from the time of departure to time of arrival in the new city of performance or stopover, then on that day the Engager will not call any rehearsals. Both CAEA and the Engager agree to complete the international tour rider one (1) month in advance of the tour including the review of the terms and conditions of ABA as they may apply to each tour. International travel at the commencement and termination of a tour may be undertaken without any penalty provided compensatory days off are mutually agreed to by CAEA and the Engager when flights are in excess of the hours specified in Article 21.06(A). With the exception of the Per Diem, if no agreement is reached as a result of the review, the terms and conditions of the ABA shall apply unchanged.
