Appropriate Temperature Required for Rehearsal and Performance. ‌ Artists will not be required to rehearse or perform where temperature drops below eighteen degrees Celsius (18°C) or sixty-five degrees Fahrenheit (65°F), or exceeds thirty-two degrees Celsius (32°C) or eighty-eight degrees Fahrenheit (88°F). This Clause 28:06 applies to both indoor and outdoor situations. The governing temperature shall be that taken a half-hour prior to commencement of performance. If the temperature subsequently falls below eighteen degrees Celsius (18°C), leg warmers and such other warmer clothing as the Artist deems necessary may be worn during the performance. An announcement explaining the situation shall be made to the audience.

Appropriate Temperature Required for Rehearsal and Performance. ‌ Artists will not take class or perform when the temperature drops below eighteen degrees Celsius (18°C), or exceed thirty-two degrees Celsius (32°C). In all cases, humidity and wind chill will be taken into consideration for the purposes of determining the temperature. It is agreed that where the minimum conditions cannot be met, the Artist must not take class rehearse or perform. Sponsors and promoters should be advised of these circumstances sufficiently in advance of the playing date to allow adequate arrangements to be made. Adequate arrangements do not include the use of portable oil or gas space heaters with open flames in the area where dancers are required to perform, rehearse or dress. Portable oil or gas space heaters with an enclosed flame may be used provided such heaters have been approved by the Canadian Standards Association or Underwriters Laboratories.

  • COMPLIANCE AND PERFORMANCE EVALUATION Two (2) Mandatory Compliance and Performance Evaluation Meetings shall be conducted during each Term of this Agreement. Additional meetings may be scheduled at the discretion of Department to ensure Concessionaire’s effectiveness and compliance. The meetings shall review all aspects of the Concession Operation, ensuring that quality public services are being provided on a continuing basis in accordance with the Bid Specifications and this Agreement, that operational problems/concerns are addressed on a timely basis, and that all terms and conditions are clearly understood. The meetings shall be held on site with Department-designated State Park Service staff representative(s), the on-site concession manager, and a management/supervisory representative of Concessionaire’s firm. A report form shall be utilized to document the meeting, and to identify any deficiencies and the corrective action required. A copy of the completed report form shall be provided to the on- site concession manager or the management/supervisory representative of Concessionaire’s firm and shall be attached to and made a part of this Agreement. The Mandatory Compliance and Performance Evaluation Meetings shall be held as follows: • Meeting #1 - Prior to commencement of the Period of Operation or Memorial Day, whichever comes first. • Meeting #2 - Within ten (10) calendar days after the last approved day of the Period of Operation.

  • Payment and Performance Bonds The Contractor shall comply with the following minimum bonding requirements:

  • Payment and Performance Bond Prior to the execution of this Contract, City may require Contractor to post a payment and performance bond (Bond). The Bond shall guarantee Contractor’s faithful performance of this Contract and assure payment to contractors, subcontractors, and to persons furnishing goods and/or services under this Contract.

  • Proof of Compliance with Workers’ Compensation Coverage Requirements An XXXXX form is NOT acceptable proof of workers’ compensation coverage. In order to provide proof of compliance with the requirements of the Workers’ Compensation Law pertaining to workers’ compensation coverage, a contractor shall:

  • Federal Medicaid System Security Requirements Compliance Party shall provide a security plan, risk assessment, and security controls review document within three months of the start date of this Agreement (and update it annually thereafter) in order to support audit compliance with 45 CFR 95.621 subpart F, ADP System Security Requirements and Review Process.

  • Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act Requirements No bid will be considered unless the Contractor certifies its compliance with the Immigration reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA), D.L. 99-603 and the Georgia Security Immigration Compliance Act OCGA 13-10-91 et seq. The Contractor shall execute the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act Affidavit, as found in Section 7 of the Construction Contract. Contractor also agrees that it will execute any affidavits required by the rules and regulations issued by the Georgia Department of Audits and Accounts. If the Contractor is the successful bidder, contractor warrants that it will include a similar provision in all written agreements with any subcontractors engaged to perform services under the Contract.

  • Proof of Compliance with Disability Benefits Coverage Requirements In order to provide proof of compliance with the requirements of the Workers’ Compensation Law pertaining to disability benefits, a contractor shall:

  • Nurses Unit and Per Diem Nurses Unit This Agreement is made and entered into by and between the County of San Bernardino hereinafter referred to as the “County” and the California Nurses Association hereinafter referred to as the “Association” or “CNA”.

  • DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE All work performed under contracts or task orders will be at the highest quality applicable and delivered according to Statement of Objectives (SOO), Statement of Works (SOW), or Performance Work Statements (PWS). The Contractor must deliver and perform according to the requirements of the contract or task order, and may be denied further work for substandard performance. The Government may include deliveries or performance requirements, such as (1) optional clauses, (2) agency clauses, or (3) specific clauses, in a contract or task order.
