International Transfer Mechanisms. If, in the performance of the Services, Personal Data that is subject to UK GDPR or any other law relating to the protection or privacy of individuals that applies in the United Kingdom is transferred out of the United Kingdom to countries which do not ensure an adequate level of data protection within the meaning of the European Data Protection Laws, the UK GDPR IDTA and/or UK Addendum shall apply to such transfers and can be directly enforced by the Parties to the extent such transfers are subject to the UK GDPR.
International Transfer Mechanisms. The terms in this clause 8 will apply to transfers of Personal Data which are subject to Data Protection Laws and Regulations and which are made in the course of providing the Services to Subscriber pursuant to this DPA and the Agreement.

Additional International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement names (including their IDN variants) may be added to the list upon ten (10) calendar days notice from ICANN to Registry Operator. Such names may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such names withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. Registry Operator may self-­‐allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement.

  • International Data Transfers The Company and the Stock Plan Administrator are based in the United States. The Participant should note that the Participant’s country of residence may have enacted data privacy laws that are different from the United States. The Company’s legal basis for the transfer of the Participant's Personal Information to the United States is the Participant’s consent.
