UK Addendum definition

UK Addendum means the International Data Transfer Addendum issued by the UK Information Commissioner under section 119A(1) of the Data Protection Act 2018 currently found at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xx/media/for- organisations/documents/4019539/international-data-transfer-addendum.pdf, as may be amended, superseded, or replaced.
UK Addendum means the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses issued by the Information Commissioner's Office under s.119A(1) of the Data Protection Act 2018, as such Addendum may be revised under Section 18 therein.

UK Addendum means the addendum set forth on Schedule A.

UK Addendum means the UK Addendum to the Standard Contractual Clauses published by the UK supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner’s Office and effective 21 March 2022.
UK Addendum means the template Addendum B.1.0 issued by the Information Commissioner's Office and laid before Parliament under s119A of the Data Protection Act 2018 on 2 February 2022, as it is revised under Section 18 of the Mandatory Clauses of the Addendum.
