Common use of International Transfers of Personal Information Clause in Contracts

To the extent that the Services involve an International Transfer of Personal Information from a Group Member to Supplier, a Supplier Affiliate or a Sub-Processor, the International Transfer shall be subject to the terms of this Addendum. If additional terms are required to meet the requirements for International Transfers from a specific jurisdiction, the Parties agree to negotiate in good faith to amend this Addendum to include the required terms.
