You agree not to use your Account or our services for online gambling or any illegal activity. We may refuse to process any transaction that we believe may violate the terms of this Agreement or applicable law. You acknowledge and agree that we have no obligation to monitor, review or evaluate the legality of your transactions and Account activity. You agree that using Bank services or your Account for illegal activity will be deemed an action of default and/or breach of contract and, in such event, our services and/or any of your Accounts may be terminated at our discretion. You further agree that should illegal use occur, you waive any right to xxx us for such illegal use or any activity directly or indirectly related to it, and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any suits, legal action, or liability directly resulting from such illegal use.
