The finished informational product created and published by TWI from the Materials pursuant to this Agreement and a TravelWeb(TM) Order or a Change Order which appears on an individual Client Computer screen and which is available on and is accessible by Client Computers on the Internet.

The finished informational product created and published by TWI from the information in the UltraSelect Course Filter database (for "Lite Line" pages) and the Materials (for brochures) pursuant to this Agreement and a TravelWeb(TMTravelWeb(sm) Order or a Change Order which appears on an individual Client Computer screen and which is available on and is accessible by Client Computers on the Internet.
