Interoffice Transport Sample Clauses

Interoffice Transport. Interoffice Transport includes OC-3, OC-3c ATM, and OC-12 SONET services, as well as dark fiber. Interoffice Transport is provisioned using either TDM or ATM at ACS’ option.

IOT will be provided only where such facilities exist at the time of CLEC request. Other than as specifically set out elsewhere in this agreement, SNET does not offer Interoffice Transport (IOT) under this agreement. Rather, IOT is available as described in Section 18 of the Connecticut Tariff FCC No. 39.
Interoffice Transport. The Interoffice Transport network element is defined as PACIFIC's interoffice transmission facilities dedicated to a particular customer or carrier, or shared by more than one customer or carrier, that provides telecommunications between wire centers owned by PACIFIC or Pac-West or third parties acting on behalf of Pac-West, or between switches owned by PACIFIC or Pac-West or third parties acting on behalf of Pac-West. Interoffice Transport includes Common Transport/,Shared Transport, and unbundled Dedicated Transport, which is comprised of interoffice transport, Entrance Facilities, DCS, and Multiplexing. PACIFIC will be responsible for the engineering, provisioning, and maintenance of the underlying equipment and facilities that are used to provide Interoffice Transport.
Interoffice Transport. The Interoffice Transport network element is defined as NEVADA's interoffice transmission facilities dedicated to a particular customer or carrier, or shared by more than one customer or carrier, that provides telecommunications between wire centers owned by NEVADA or CLEC or third parties acting on behalf of CLEC, or between switches owned by NEVADA or CLEC or third parties acting on behalf of CLEC. Interoffice Transport includes Common Transport, Shared Transport, and unbundled Dedicated Transport, which is comprised of interoffice transport, Entrance Facilities, DCS, and Multiplexing. NEVADA will be responsible for the engineering, provisioning, and maintenance of the underlying equipment and facilities that are used to provide Interoffice Transport. 8.1 Common Transport Common Transport is an interoffice transmission path between a NEVADA tandem and a NEVADA end office. Common Transport will allow CLEC access to a transmission facility to transport the toll call dialed by the unbundled Local Switching element to its destination through the use of NEVADA's common transport network. Common Transport is charged on a Minute-of-Use basis (both fixed and per mile), as outlined in Appendix PRICING.
Interoffice Transport. 11.1.1 The Interoffice Transport (IOT) unbundled Network Element is defined as Verizon transmission facilities dedicated to a particular customer or carrier, or shared by more than on customer or carrier that provide telecommunications between Wire Centers owned by Verizon and SBCT, or between switches owned by Verizon or SBCT. 11.1.2 Verizon will be responsible for the engineering, provisioning, maintenance of the underlying equipment and facilities that are used to provide Interoffice Transport.
Interoffice Transport. Dedicated dark fiber transport shall be made available to CLEC on an unbundled basis as set forth in the Interconnection Agreement and as set forth below. Dark fiber transport consists of unactivated optical interoffice transmission facilities.

  • TRANSPORT SERVICES Upon the conclusion of such multilateral negotiations, the Parties shall conduct a review for the purpose of discussing appropriate amendments to this Agreement so as to incorporate the results of such multilateral negotiations.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

  • Personnel, Office Space, and Facilities of Manager The Manager at its own expense shall furnish or provide and pay the cost of such office space, office equipment, office personnel, and office services as the Manager requires in the performance of its investment advisory and other obligations under this Agreement.

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by VarTec for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by VarTec, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit VarTec to route the VarTec Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by VarTec. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by VarTec and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at VarTec's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, VarTec will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. VarTec shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to VarTec’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • Janitorial Services Tenant will not employ any person for the purpose of cleaning the Premises or permit any person to enter the Building for such purpose other than Landlord's janitorial service, except with Landlord's prior written consent. Tenant will not necessitate, and will be liable for the cost of, any undue amount of janitorial labor by reason of Tenant's carelessness in or indifference to the preservation of good order and cleanliness in the Premises. Janitorial service will not be furnished to areas in the Premises on nights when such areas are occupied after 9:30 p.m., unless such service is extended by written agreement to a later hour in specifically designated areas of the Premises.

  • Information Systems Acquisition Development and Maintenance a. Client Data – Client Data will only be used by State Street for the purposes specified in this Agreement.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Radiation Therapy/Chemotherapy Services This plan covers chemotherapy and radiation services. This plan covers respiratory therapy services. When respiratory services are provided in your home, as part of a home care program, durable medical equipment, supplies, and oxygen are covered as a durable medical equipment service.

  • Outpatient Dental Anesthesia Services This plan covers anesthesia services received in connection with a dental service when provided in a hospital or freestanding ambulatory surgical center and: • the use of this is medically necessary; and • the setting in which the service is received is determined to be appropriate. This plan also covers facility fees associated with these services. This plan covers dental care for members until the last day of the month in which they turn nineteen (19). This plan covers services only if they meet all of the following requirements: • listed as a covered dental care service in this section.
