Interoffice Transport Sample Clauses
The Interoffice Transport clause defines the terms and conditions under which goods, documents, or information are transferred between different offices of the same organization. Typically, this clause outlines the responsibilities for arranging, tracking, and securing such transfers, and may specify the methods of transport, liability for loss or damage, and any required documentation. Its core practical function is to ensure a clear, consistent process for internal transfers, minimizing confusion and reducing the risk of loss or miscommunication between offices.
