Intersession and Off-Track Assignments at Multi-Track Schools. Selection for such assignments shall be made by the site administrator from qualified employees (including consideration of continuity of the instructional program, employee attendance, and employee work performance) currently assigned to the site who have indicated an interest in such assignments. When there is an insufficient number of employees at a site, the site administrator will contact the Personnel Commission and advises them of his/her needs, including any special skills required. Employees interested in employment outside their regular assignment basis at a location other than their regular worksite may contact the Personnel Commission and make themselves available on the substitute system.
