Priority Lists I Clause Samples

The 'Priority Lists I' clause establishes the order in which various documents, terms, or provisions will take precedence in the event of a conflict or inconsistency within a contract. Typically, this clause specifies a hierarchy, such as giving the main agreement priority over appendices or schedules, or clarifying which version of terms prevails if there are discrepancies. By clearly defining this order of precedence, the clause ensures that any ambiguities or contradictions are resolved efficiently, thereby reducing the risk of disputes and ensuring contractual clarity.
