Intervening Systems. The Shippers Operator and INEOS shall consult together and co-operate closely to ensure that the maintenance and operation of any Intervening Systems necessary to connect the Shippers System with the FPS System shall, to the extent necessary for INEOS and the Shippers Group to fulfil their respective obligations hereunder, be compatible with the maintenance and operation of the Shippers System and the FPS System respectively and the Shippers Operator and INEOS shall co-operate closely to ensure that the continuous compatibility thereof is maintained.

  • CURVE WIDENING The minimum widening placed on the inside of curves is:  6 feet for curves of 50 to 79 feet radius.  4 feet for curves of 80 to 100 feet radius.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and 23 failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users. If such PHI is stored in a 24 database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 25 years after occurrence.

  • NFFE An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury Regulations, and also includes any Non- U.S. Entity that is resident in [FATCA Partner] or other Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.

  • Logging The ISP will require the maintenance of network and application logs as part of BNY Mellon’s security information and event management processes. Logs are retained in accordance with law applicable to BNY Mellon’s provision of the services as well as BNY Mellon’s applicable policies. BNY Mellon uses various tools in conjunction with such logs, which may include behavioral analytics, security monitoring case management, network traffic monitoring and analysis, IP address management and full packet capture.
