Interview, on the prescribed premises. an employee who is a member, or is eligible to be a member, of the ETU. However, an officer acting under this subsection will not unnecessarily hinder or obstruct an employee in the performance of work during working time. If an officer of the ETU proposing to enter the Company’s premises is required by the Company to produce evidence of authority, the officer is not entitled to enter or remain on the premises without producing such authority. Access to workplaces under this Clause shall be authorised for the purposes of consulting with Union Shop Stewards, investigation of grievances or complaints, observing working conditions, posting notices and Agreements, developing skills programs and implementation of agreed matters. Subject to sub- clause 7.4(b) above, if requested by the accredited ETU representative, the Company will provide a copy of any requested time and wages records as soon as is practicable.
