CARE OF THE PROPERTY. If Lender requests, I will provide Lender with a certified report that the Property is free of wood-boring insects. I will comply with all of the reasonable recommendations of any engineer making a report for the Property. I will notify Lender promptly of any fire or other casualty relating to the Property or the Work.
CARE OF THE PROPERTY. 4.1 The Tenant must keep the Property and items listed in the Inventory in good condition. The Tenant should: take those precautions as are reasonable in all the circumstances to prevent freezing pipes; keep surface drain covers free from leaves and other waste; promptly repair or replace any fixtures and fittings that have been damaged or destroyed as a result of a lack of care by the Tenant or by a permitted occupier of the Property or by anyone they have invited into the Property and not damage walls to hang pictures; if there is a garden it must kept tidy and well maintained. The Tenant must not lop, top or cut down any trees or plants or otherwise alter the general character of the garden but is required to mow the lawn, trim the xxxxxx and weed the garden regularly.
4.2 The Tenant cannot in any way alter the Property or items in it. The Tenant cannot: remove any fixtures or fittings from the Property without the consent of the Landlord; bring a waterbed into the Property; redecorate without the consent of the Landlord (such consent will not be unreasonably withheld as long as the proposed scheme is likely to be acceptable to future tenants and is undertaken by a competent person to a professional standard and samples of proposed wallpapers and paint must be submitted to the Landlord for consideration and subsequent approval will only be given in writing); make an improvement or alteration to the Property without the written consent of the Landlord (the Landlord has an absolute right to refuse consent for any alterations or improvements but, if accepted, any fixtures become the property of the Landlord - this includes the erection of a satellite dish or television aerial and the carrying out of external redecoration); spend money on repairs without the Landlord’s written permission (the Tenant does not have authority to commission workmen on the Landlord’s behalf and the Tenant will have to pay for them unless they were acting reasonably to effect emergency repairs for which the Landlord is liable).
4.3 The Tenant is liable to pay for: damage to doors and windows if the police break into the Property as a result of any criminal activity by the Tenant or any person they have invited into the Property or who is permitted to live there; the treatment of fleas, ants, mice, wasp’s nests and other pests unless it can be proved that these are a result of the Landlord being in breach of his repairing obligations or pre-date the start of this Agreement.

CARE OF THE PROPERTY. You are responsible for the property and are expected to take all reasonable care of its furniture, pictures, fittings and effects, in or on the property. You must leave them in the same state of repair, and in the same clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period as at the beginning, failure to do so will result in additional charges. You must not use the property for any dangerous, offensive, noxious, noisy, immoral activities or conduct any act that may be a nuisance or annoyance to the owner or other neighbouring properties.
CARE OF THE PROPERTY. Guests are expected to care for the property as if it was their own. Please enjoy your vacation in this beach house and have a great time. Understand that any damage to the house, appliances, furniture, carpets, walls or misuse of the home could result in the loss of security deposit or removal from the premises. Guests will be responsible for any damage or misuse that affects the vacation time of the next guests and loss of income to the owner (representative of the owner). Ocean Lakes has their own rules that must be followed, and they are very strict. You can get a copy of Ocean Lakes rules and regulations at the front desk or online.
CARE OF THE PROPERTY. School District agrees to use all due care to protect the property of the District, its residents and landowners from damage, and to require any meet participants invited to the District's Amenities to do the same. School District agrees that it shall assume responsibility for any and all damage to the District's facilities or lands as a result of School District's use under this Agreement other than damage which may be attributable to ordinary wear and tear as determined by the District. In the event that any damage to the District's facilities or lands occurs, the District shall notify School District of such damage and shall allow the School District’s agents or employees the opportunity to examine the damage prior to repair. Swim Team agrees that the District may make whatever arrangements necessary, in its sole discretion, to promptly make any such repairs as is necessary to preserve the health, safety and welfare of the District's lands, facilities, residents and landowners. Swim Team agrees to reimburse the District for any such repairs within thirty (30) days of receipt of an invoice from the District reflecting the cost of the repairs made under this Section.
CARE OF THE PROPERTY. The Guest agrees to take good care of the Property and to leave it clean and tidy and to be responsible for any breakages and items missing or any other loss or damage occurring at or to the Property, during the Occupancy Period. The Guest will be required to pay for any such loss, damage, breakages or missing items and any cleaning (other than normal cleaning) which is required following departure. All defects or wants of repair that may be noticed in the Property or the furnishings, fittings, contents or decorations thereof must be reported immediately to the Owner or her representatives and no attempt to repair the same shall be made other than by the Owner or persons authorised by her. The Guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons who may be resident in (or otherwise in) the Property during the Occupancy Period and for the condition in which the Property is left at the end of the Occupancy Period. No inflammable or explosive material shall be stored or placed in or close to the Property. No dirt, rags, oil or similar material shall be put in any baths, sinks, lavatory or pipe at the Property. No firearm, shotgun, crossbow or air weapon shall be brought onto the property without written permission first having been obtained and in no circumstances shall any such weapon be kept in the Property.
CARE OF THE PROPERTY. GMP will exercise the same care with respect to the Property as it does in the safekeeping of comparable property of its own. GMP will not restore or alter the Property without the consent of the Lender. GMP will be responsible for the care of the Property for the entire duration of the loan, including arrival and until the Property is returned to the Lender.
CARE OF THE PROPERTY. The Tenant has examined the Property, and is satisfied with its present physical condition. The tenant agrees to maintain the property in as good condition as it is at the start of this lease except for ordinary wear and tear. The Tenant shall pay for all repairs, replacements, and damages caused by the act or neglect of the Tenant. The Tenant will remove all of the Tenant’s property at the end of the lease. Any property that is left shall become the property of the Landlord and may be removed at cost to Tenant.

Smoking is not allowed. Any damages will have to be paid for in full within seven days of notification. We recommend that you have insurance in place to cover this.
CARE OF THE PROPERTY.
a) You must take care of the property and keep it clean and well decorated.
b) You may also have to pay for the cost of any repair if it results from damage or neglect from yourself, a member of the household, or visitors to your property.
c) You must take reasonable precautions to prevent frost damage occurring to any pipes or other installations to the premises, provided the pipes or other installations are adequately insulated by the Council. You should not do anything that may cause blockages to sinks, toilets, drains and sewers or cause fire damage to the property.
