Common use of Intra-District Mail Clause in Contracts

Intra-District Mail. Intra-district mail facilities (including e-mail) may be used for distribution of Association communications so long as such communications are labeled as Association materials, contain the name of the authorizing Association official, are not slanderous to any individual or group, and fall within the parameters of the Public Disclosure Commission.
