Intranet Connection. During fiscal year 2010 the County will provide the Federation software to enable connection to the County intranet, BCNet. The cost of this software, connection and associated hardware costs shall be borne by the Federation.
Intranet Connection. Host shall provide Nexamp at all times free of charge, subject to supervision of Host employees: (i) the right to connect equipment for monitoring the System andits production to Host’s intranet and/or internet networks so as to allow Nexamp, or its subcontractors, to monitor remotely the System and its production, and (ii) a working Ethernet connection to an intranet and/or internet network in the area of Host’s electrical equipment with bypass of firewalls or right to locate a datalogger within firewalls. (k) Cooperation Regarding Financing Statements: Notice of Lease. Host shall execute all financing statements, notices and other filings that Nexamp reasonably requests to perfect, maintain or otherwise protect Nexamp ‘ s or its Financing Parties rights in the System.
