Introduction and Purpose. Pheasants Forever, Inc (PF) and the Elkhorn Valley Prescribed Burn Association (Burn Association) enter into an agreement to manage prescribed burn equipment for the establishment, improvement and management of wildlife habitat in Nebraska. The Mobile Prescribed Burn Unit (MPBU) and its equipment will be managed in the manner described in this Use Agreement.
