INTRODUCTION OF HASH POWER COMPUTING SERVICE AND FEE. Hash power refers to a unit of measurement of data processing capability, that is, the unit that measures the ability of a miner to perform the hashing process (decode the hash output, also called “mining”). Hash power computing service means the service provided by Party A which involves the division of the ability of a certain number of equipment within a certain period into several standard units for sale (i.e., 1 Standard Unit=1TH/s or 1T) (“Service”) and Party A will not charge Party B anything other than the Service fee (“Service Fee”).

  • Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
