Invalidity of Any Provision. If any provision of this Agreement is determined by a court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, then that portion will be considered to be removed from this Agreement and, if legally possible, the Company and I agree to replace it with a provision that achieves our original intentions. In any event, the determination that any provision is illegal, invalid, or unenforceable will not affect the validity of the remainder of this Agreement. 13.
