Inventory and Audits. Company shall work with Authority in performing inventories and audits prior to, during, and at the termination of this Agreement, in order to address all aspects of the physical inventory of equipment, parts and supplies, and standing purchase contracts or agreements that will be continued by Company, and as necessary or appropriate to implement the terms of this Agreement concerning such matters.
