– Inventory Loading Prohibited Sample Clauses

– Inventory Loading Prohibited. Party Time Mixes strictly prohibits the supply of a product or services to Party Time Mixes Independent Consultants or prospective Party Time Mixes Independent Consultants of the Party Time Mixes Compensation Plan in amounts that are commercially unreasonable. Without limiting the generality of this prohibition, the Party Time Mixes program is designed so that Party Time Mixes Independent Consultants are not required to carry inventory of products or services or sales aids. Party Time Mixes Independent Consultants who do decide to carry an inventory of Party Time Mixes products or services or sales aids may find making retail sales and building a marketing organization is facilitated by the same, because of the decreased response time in fulfilling customer orders or in meeting a new Party Time Mixes Independent Consultant’s needs. Each Party Time Mixes Independent Consultant must make his or her own decision with regard to these matters. Party Time Mixes strictly prohibits the purchase of products or services or sales aids primarily for the purpose of qualifying for commissions, bonuses or advancement in the Party Time Mixes Compensation Plan. Party Time Mixes Independent Consultants may not purchase more inventory than they can reasonably resell or consume in a month nor may they encourage others to do so. Party Time Mixes Independent Consultants are welcome to carry as much or as little inventory as they would like as long as they stay within these rules. Party Time Mixes Independent Consultants who breach this prohibition will be subject to actions set out within this Independent Consultant Agreement.
