Investigations and Special Audits. The Grantee shall cooperate fully with the Department or its authorized designee in the conduct of an investigation or special audit arising out of any complaint, any financial or programmatic finding, and any abuse, neglect, or exploitation allegation, relating to the provision of juvenile probation services or occurring in a juvenile justice program or facility.
